Every brand has things they’re good at and things they need to improve upon. These are typically easy to pick out. This hasn’t been the case for me so far with Harney & Sons where I haven’t been able to pick out any major deficiencies in their line I couldn’t relate to a year of bad yields.
This Harney & Sons Organic Black Currant bottled iced tea clearly shows a Harney & Sons strength. Creating unique blends of tea which are equally delicious hot, or cold!
This brew presents itself as a deep amber gold with plenty of “tea” in it. The aroma a fragrant sugar & honey with mild overtones of black tea.
The currant sweetness comes through in the flavor. Black currant tones subtly coat you mouth as the straingent black tea brings out a slightly sour pucker for the lips.
This tea isn’t too bold, and isn’t too sweet. It does however, have an unusually long tail which can draw out for ten minutes or more if you let it. But I couldn’t keep myself from continuing to sip this delicious drink!
I can easily recommend this iced tea to fans of currants, fruity teas, sweet teas and flavored teas. Enjoy!
