Akiko is our dedicated, friendly leader. She founded the Secret Arboreal Fan Club at Kikuchi sensei's urging, but she was looking for an interesting way to make friends at her new school and this was as good a way as any.

Akiko-chan is friendly, forthright, loyal, and honest. She's all in from the start, and quick to bring others along. She's super-protective and will defend everyone she cares for often before they defend themselves.

At 17 years old she has a slender frame and stands just 162cm, slightly above average for her age in Japan. She stands out easily with her long pink hair and blue/gray eyes.

Not content with being the founder of The Secret Arboreal Fan Club, she puts her all into learning as much as she can. She's not bothered by not knowing or remembering as much as others in the group. She's happy to turn to them when she's unsure of something. This no doubt is one reason why everyone in the group feels like a valued member.

She has a curious nature and is quick to connect the dots when under pressure, but more relaxed and casual otherwise. This attitude is reflected in her general demeanor and clothing which usually includes a colorful stylish top, a skirt, and comfortable shoes.

Akiko-chan's senpai status isn't something she takes lightly. She bears the burden of leadership, and it occasionally weighs heavy on her shoulders.

I can't wait to see how she pulls the group together to overcome the challenges ahead.
