Welcome one and all ...

I swear this will be the last major overhaul of CG.net for a long long time. The new design takes into account feedback from everyone about the graphics-heavy nature of the prior version. As much as I LOVE iWeb and its templates, Apple's compression scheme for the photos is horrible, and the code pushed out by iWeb is both complicated and slow to load. So... I've purchased a copy of RapidWeaver. RW should help significantly in reducing the overhead time in a redesign of the site visually should I decide to switch to something more... um... visually fun. Admittedly the themes for RW aren't as cool as Apple's yet, though it's coming around as the RW community makes all kinds of new themes. I've moved all of my photos off-site to a Flickr account. Expect this collection to grow rapidly now that I have a better and more expedient approach to uploading this content at a decent resolution.

I joined CincyUpdate in September and hope to be doing some nice revising of their online system and visual design online. Also, I do event ambassador detail. What CincyUpdate does is promote engaging events for the young professionals in Cincinnati. You'll see links to CincyUpdate on many of my Flickr sets as I take photos at the events I attend.

Ripple is growing and expanding a little. Anthony has been diligently working on developing the back-end structures for a lot of the IT Cabinet work we've been doing. The system is coming along more slowly than anticipated and we may be pushed back to June for final release as opposed to January as I would have liked, but the product is there, and expanding every day in capabilities. I finally rescued www.RippleSW.com from the clutches of the Pr0n industry.

DJ Danji is my alter-ego for my GarageBand work. I'm currently seeking vocalists for much of my next album. I'm expecting to pick up a USB MIDI Keyboard soon to help me expand my abilities here. Times look good in that direction as well.

I started a small event planning company with a (now ex-) coworker of mine and we're working on planning sizable events in downtown Cincinnati and now Orlando for 2007 and 2008. WJLTFP looks to grow and I hope to become a notable organization in the planning of the Cincinnati lifestyle and event industry.
